Procurement Clerk /Technician | PT | On-Site | Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: Starts at $18/hr.+ Excellent SoAZ benefits
Shift: Part Time 30 Hrs. | Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM
Local Only Candidates - Resume must specify the current location of the candidate
Term: 6 months (Temp-to-Hire)
Duties/Responsibilities
• Utilize spreadsheets and the Arizona Procurement Portal for purchasing, supplier research, and requisition processing
• Assist with routine purchasing activities, including requisition approval
• Serve as backup support for procurement system-related tasks
• Provide admin and technical support for state e-procurement system use and process guidance
• Perform administrative duties, including stakeholder support, project research, report/document coordination
Required Qualifications
• Purchasing or procurement experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Google Suite
Preferred Experience/Certifications
• Experience with ADOBE and Smart Sheets
