ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Frankfort, Indiana for the 2026–2027 school year.

This is a full-time opportunity with a K–12 caseload and the opportunity to work alongside other SLPs within the district. The district is looking for a dependable SLPA who is passionate about supporting students and collaborating with a strong therapy team.

POSITION DETAILS:

Position: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Frankfort, IN
School Year: 2026–2027
Caseload: K–12
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $35+/hour, depending on experience
Setting: School-based
Contract: ProCare Therapy

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide speech and language services under the supervision of an SLP
• Support students across K–12 based on their individual communication needs
• Assist with implementing speech and language treatment plans
• Track and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff
• Communicate with supervising SLPs regarding student progress and needs
• Help create a positive and supportive environment for students
• Follow school and district procedures and therapy guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• SLPA certification/credentials required
• Appropriate Indiana licensure or eligibility
• Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with SLPs, teachers, and school staff
• Passion for helping students develop their communication skills
