LHH is partnering with a client in High Point searching for a Service Coordinator. This role is open due to an increase in business and growth! This role will be onsite M-F 7:30AM-4:30PM, permanent with full benefits paying $55-60k. Prior experience in the HVAC industry and/or working closely with Technicians required to be eligible for this role! Transportation dispatch will not translate for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive new work order requests via phone/email queue
  • Enter work orders, order specifications, and quotes
  • Schedule Technician based on location, client needs, and availability
  • Answer calls from Technicians regarding parts, issues, or delays
  • Act as liaison between client, Technician, and internal departments to complete requests within a timely manner
  • Track project through to completion
  • Close project out in system and process for invoicing
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the HVAC industry and/or working closely with Technicians required to be eligible for this role
  • Must be a true team player, able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Even-keeled demeanor, not one to get flustered easily
  • Must have strong attention to detail
