Working onsite three days per week, you will collaborate with educators and students to foster growth, independence, and success across a diverse age range. This contract position runs from September 1, 2026, through June 14, 2027, allowing you to work closely with one school community and truly see your efforts make a difference.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current, active Occupational Therapy license required
  • Experience providing OT services in a school environment preferred
  • Ability to comfortably manage a caseload spanning kindergarten to high school seniors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families
  • Commitment to supporting students’ educational and functional goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services adapted to the unique needs of each student, focusing on motor skills, self-regulation, and functional independence
  • Participate in IEP meetings, accurately document progress, and develop/revise intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and other specialists to create cohesive support strategies
  • Maintain detailed records in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Stay engaged in professional growth and current best practices in school-based OT
