Job Description
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A pharmacy technician role is available to provide coverage during a maternity leave, expected to last approximately 5-6 months. This position requires expertise in retail pharmacy settings and RX pharmacy technician responsibilities.
Location:
- Dinuba, CA (Candidates from Fresno, CA area are highly encouraged to apply)
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Dispensing and preparing medications accurately and efficiently
- Assisting pharmacists in daily operations and customer service
- Managing prescription orders and inventory control within a retail pharmacy environment
- Maintaining compliance with pharmacy policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a pharmacy technician, particularly in retail pharmacies
- Familiarity with RX processing and pharmacy operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Relevant certification or licensure as required by state regulations
