BCBA | Rantoul, IL | Full-Time School Contract
We're partnering with a school district near Rantoul seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time contract opportunity. This role focuses on developing effective behavioral programming while supporting students and the staff working directly with them.
Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday-Friday
School-Based
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral and skill assessments
Develop individualized BIPs based on assessment findings
Monitor data collection and student progress
Provide consultation and direct behavioral support
Supervise and train RBTs and other behavioral staff
Collaborate with school teams and families
Review and modify interventions based on data
Maintain accurate service documentation
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Current BCBA credential required
Strong ABA and data analysis knowledge
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
School-based or pediatric experience
Crisis intervention training
AAC experience
