Board Certified Behavior Analyst

BCBA | Rantoul, IL | Full-Time School Contract

We're partnering with a school district near Rantoul seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time contract opportunity. This role focuses on developing effective behavioral programming while supporting students and the staff working directly with them.

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday

• School-Based

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral and skill assessments

• Develop individualized BIPs based on assessment findings

• Monitor data collection and student progress

• Provide consultation and direct behavioral support

• Supervise and train RBTs and other behavioral staff

• Collaborate with school teams and families

• Review and modify interventions based on data

• Maintain accurate service documentation

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Current BCBA credential required

• Strong ABA and data analysis knowledge

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• School-based or pediatric experience

• Crisis intervention training

• AAC experience
