Required Skills & Experience
-Experience in a hands-on, trade, manufacturing, or lab-based environment (fabrication, construction, automotive, dental lab, or similar fields a plus)
-Experience working with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical equipment in any professional or vocational capacity
-Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions in a technical or production setting
-Willingness to learn, orthotic and prosthetic fabrication concepts
-Proven track record of reliability and accountability in a professional or vocational setting
-Effective verbal and written communication skills sufficient to receive direction, ask clarifying questions, and report progress to team leads
