A contract opportunity is available for a Full Time Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) near Reedsport, OR. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Oregon as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with a school-aged population
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students in various settings
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Offer guidance on language and communication strategies to staff and parents
