Talent Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will serve as a subject matter expert in the field of talent coordination. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for various hire types, while providing consistent and thorough communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities- Perform and certify the completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for all hire types.
- Ensure timely submission and collection of all new hire paperwork.
- Maintain consistent and thorough communication with hiring managers and candidates.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Partner effectively with other departments to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Certify an overall successful candidate onboarding experience.
- Verify complete accuracy of all data entry responsibilities.
- Exhibit organization across all tasks and fully follow processes.
- Consistently meet coordinating metrics.
- Provide education as needed on the onboarding process.
- Identify process improvement initiatives and provide solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned and/or necessary.

The role offers the opportunity to go permanent at the end of the contract assignment, with a high rate of conversions within the team and ample room for growth. The initial few weeks will require onsite work five days a week for training purposes, after which the role will allow remote work on Thursdays and Fridays. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is proficient in English communication.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
