Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a manufacturing company in Decatur, AL. Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 3 30 pm, with OT currently starting at 6 00 am.

CNC Machinist Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce or repair precision parts using manual and CNC equipment and accurate measurements.
- Review samples, drawings, or instructions to understand required specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Select appropriate machines, such as lathes, and position/load material.
- Check part tolerances to ensure parts meet specifications.
CNC Machinist Qualifications and Requirements
- 2 years’ experience as a machinist.
- Experience using and/or programming manual, semi-automated, or automated machines, including lathes and grinders.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills.
