Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interview coordination, candidate scheduling, and onboarding support and a proven ability to deliver a positive candidate experience while managing high-volume, detail-oriented recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact and demonstrate Moog’s Culture and Philosophy to candidates.
  • Partner with recruiters to review resumes based on job requirements and manager preferences.
  • Coordinate and schedule telephone and onsite interviews across multiple U.S. sites.
  • Communicate with interview teams and hiring managers to ensure an organized and welcoming candidate experience.
  • Arrange candidate travel for the East Aurora facility and other U.S. locations.
  • Facilitate onboarding, including completion and documentation of background checks and toxicology tests.
  • Learn and comply with FAA requirements, coordinating required training and drug screens.
  • Prioritize workload and adapt to changing direction and schedules.
  • Build relationships with managers and HR partners and represent Moog positively internally and externally.
  • Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Workday, and related platforms to support recruiting operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of related experience, preferably coordinating interviews or meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner with managers and HR staff.
  • Ability to work independently and make proactive decisions to keep processes moving.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, detailed, and structured environment with multitasking capability.
  • Experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook, including calendar scheduling.
  • Flexibility to accommodate last-minute changes to interview schedules.
  • Availability between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST to support teams across time zones.
