Our client is seeking a Digital & IT Senior Analyst to lead technology initiatives that support manufacturing operations and business objectives. This role combines IT project leadership, digital transformation, and operational support while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT leadership teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing technology projects in a manufacturing environment and driving improvements through systems, automation, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
IT & Digital Project Leadership
- Lead IT and digital projects from planning through implementation.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate system upgrades, consolidations, conversions, and business-driven technology initiatives.
- Ensure project alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance standards.
- Support user adoption through change management, training, and post-implementation support.
Business Partnership & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions and roadmaps.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
Manufacturing Systems & Digital Enablement
- Partner with operations teams to implement automation, analytics, workflow digitization, and data visibility initiatives.
- Support integrations between business applications and manufacturing systems.
- Improve reporting accuracy and data quality across production, quality, and supply chain functions.
- Help maintain secure, reliable, and efficient technology environments supporting business operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of experience supporting IT operations and technology initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated success leading medium-to-large technology projects.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing ERP implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
- Digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
- Manufacturing systems, operational technology (OT), and shop-floor technologies.
