Inside Sales Support Specialist

We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales / Sales Support Representative job in Lexington, NC. This is a fully on-site role. In this role you are responsible for supporting B2B customers and the sales team by managing quotes, processing orders, maintaining pricing information, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role works closely with internal departments to provide excellent customer service and support the overall sales process. To be considered for this role, you must have manufacturing experience, at least 2 years in a B2B customer service role and ERP experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer quotes and sales proposals
• Process customer and sales orders in the ERP system
• Maintain pricing and generate order-related documentation
• Manage orders from entry through invoicing
• Coordinate deliveries and provide order status updates
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and sales records
• Support the outside sales team with quotes, reports, and customer requests
• Work with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure on-time order fulfillment
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Assist with administrative and sales support activities
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or order management

• Manufacturing, industrial, or automotive industry experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused
• Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
