Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Urbana, IL | Full-Time
A school district near Urbana is seeking a BCBA to join its student support team. This full-time opportunity involves assessment, behavior programming, staff supervision, and collaboration with families and educators.
Responsibilities:
Conduct FBAs and skill assessments
Develop and oversee individualized behavior plans
Analyze behavioral data and monitor outcomes
Provide direct instruction and behavioral support as needed
Supervise RBTs and other staff implementing ABA programs
Train staff on behavior intervention strategies
Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure programming is implemented consistently and ethically
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in a related field
Active BCBA certification required
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral data analysis
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Preferred:
School-based or pediatric ABA experience
Crisis prevention/intervention training
AAC familiarity
