Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Urbana, IL | Full-Time

A school district near Urbana is seeking a BCBA to join its student support team. This full-time opportunity involves assessment, behavior programming, staff supervision, and collaboration with families and educators.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs and skill assessments

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior plans

  • Analyze behavioral data and monitor outcomes

  • Provide direct instruction and behavioral support as needed

  • Supervise RBTs and other staff implementing ABA programs

  • Train staff on behavior intervention strategies

  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Ensure programming is implemented consistently and ethically

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in a related field

  • Active BCBA certification required

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral data analysis

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

Preferred:

  • School-based or pediatric ABA experience

  • Crisis prevention/intervention training

  • AAC familiarity
