Full job description

Balance Staffing is hiring Vehicle Safety Operators for a full-time direct-hire opportunity in the Dallas/DFW area.

Pay: $20.20/hr + shift differentials up to $23.23/hr

What you’ll do:

• Drive an engineering vehicle and collect audio/camera data.
• Monitor equipment and report data or vehicle issues.
• Complete daily driving reports.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• 3+ years of driving experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic computer/technical skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• No previous professional experience required.
