Hospitality Team Member

This is an all around general staff job, you will be trained in Housekeeping and Conferencing services. Such as:

• Care for the historical internal surfaces within the Manor House including the furniture and fixtures, wood, tile, glass and fabric surfaces and floor areas.
• Assists with setting up for conference, tours, and events.
• Perform routine domestic cleaning such as making beds, cleaning guest rooms, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, cleaning rest rooms, and cleaning conference rooms areas.
• Assists with setting up for conference, tours, and events.
• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Empties trash receptacles, cleaning and sanitizing according to prescribed standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Casual knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment and methods.
• Casual knowledge of proper food service techniques.
• Willingness to work a flexible shift, as needed.
• Frequent lifting over 45 pounds.
• Ability to work alone and with others.
• Standards of personal hygiene consistent with sanitation rules and regulations.
