About RNG Consulting
RNG Consulting is a growing sales and marketing firm that partners with nationally recognized brands to help expand their customer base through face-to-face business sales. We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, are eager to learn, and want to build a long-term career in sales.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support from day one.
What You'll Do
- Meet with small and medium-sized business owners in person
- Learn about each business's needs and present products and services that may be a good fit
- Build professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Generate new business within an assigned territory
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, coachable, and goal-oriented attitude
- Comfortable meeting new people and working face-to-face
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required

This is a full-time, in-person business sales position. Daily travel within an assigned local territory may be required. Compensation, schedule, and job expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
