Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Location: Salina, KS 67401
Duration: 3 Months – Possible Extension
Shift: 1st Shift | Sunday–Saturday | 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Overview

Support facility operations at the Salina location, primarily assisting with grain handling, material movement, equipment care, and general facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload: Trucks, Vessels, Barges, Rail cars
• Assist with filling and reclaiming grain ground piles.
• Perform various grain handling activities.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and operator care.
• Support daily facility operations and production activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with team members.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including: Bending, Lifting up to 50 lbs., Kneeling, Climbing, Crawling, Twisting
• Ability to work in elevated areas 4 feet or higher.
• Ability to use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Comfortable working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions, including: Heat, Cold, Dust, Loud noise

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Flexibility to work: Weekends, Holidays, Different shifts
• Ability to adjust schedule based on operational needs with advance notice.
