Jr Recruiter

You will learn how to recruit technical professionals, build candidate pipelines, qualify talent, manage interviews, and help people land new career opportunities.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role. You will spend a significant amount of time talking to people, researching, sourcing, following up, and finding ways to get results.

You will be given tools, training, technology, and support, but you will also be expected to think for yourself and take ownership of your work.

What You Will Do

• Find and engage candidates through phone calls, LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, email, and other sourcing methods.
• Make consistent outbound calls and build relationships with professionals across technical industries.
• Learn how to understand job requirements and identify candidates who actually fit.
• Screen candidates on experience, career goals, compensation, availability, and motivation.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines quickly.
• Manage candidates through interviews, offers, and placements.
• Maintain strong follow-up and stay organized across multiple searches.
• Use AI, automation, sourcing tools, and recruiting technology to work faster and smarter.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in our CRM and recruiting systems.
• Learn from feedback and continuously improve your approach.

Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, business development, or sourcing experience is helpful, but not required.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position but you need to be located in the greater Phoenix area. You must have reliable internet, a professional workspace, and the discipline to stay productive and accountable throughout the workday.
