DIR/Floortime Developmental Specialists

Play is not a break from learning. For young children, it is the learning.

We’re hiring Part-Time DIR/Floortime Developmental Specialists to work with children ages 3–12 in our relationship-based Floortime Program at CBC Education.

This role focuses on:
• Emotional regulation and engagement
• Expanding communication through play
• Building problem-solving and flexibility
• Strengthening parent-child interaction
• Supporting developmental milestones in natural settings

Sessions take place in-home and/or in-center, where you’ll guide children through meaningful, child-led interactions — while coaching parents on how to continue that growth beyond the session.

We’re looking for professionals who are observant, reflective, adaptable, and passionate about early development.

Los Angeles & San Gabriel Valley
Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field required

CBC Education provides Behavior Intervention, DIR/Floortime, and Social Skills Training for children and adolescents (18 months–18 years) with autism and other developmental delays.
