QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced proficiency in software applications and systems; 4 years' experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.
- In-depth understanding of systems analysis methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear understanding and collaboration.
- Proven track record of identifying complex issues and proposing effective, innovative solutions.
- Strong capability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also taking initiative as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies, driving continuous improvement.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Requirements Gathering: Facilitate efforts to engage with stakeholders to gather and document extensive business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and expectations.
- System Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and applications to identify oppo1tunities for enhancement, proposing and advocating for innovative solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Develop, maintain, and oversee detailed documentation of system specifications, user guides, and process flows to promote knowledge sharing and ensure future maintenance.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Play a key role in rigorous testing of applications and systems, ensuring they meet functional requirements and comply with quality standards.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to drive the successful implementation of software solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- User Support: Provide expert-level technical support and training to users, effectively addressing complex issues or questions related to system functionality and usability.
- Continuous Learning: Proactively stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in application systems analysis, enhancing personal expertise and contributing to team knowledge.
- Adhere to Best Practices: Champion and implement established methodologies and best practices to ensure the quality, security, and performance of applications and systems.
Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
