We are seeking a reliable and motivated Laundry Textiles Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting hospital laundry items to various hospitals in the Kansas City area. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while ensuring timely deliveries.

Duties

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport clean linen and laundry items.
• Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including pickup and drop-off times.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
• Collaborate with the production staff and verify the correct items are ready for delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.

Skills

• Experience in healthcare laundry deliveries is preferred but not require
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is a plus.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
