Job Description

Job Title: Kitchen and Retail Assistant

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Summary: Responsible for working closely with the kitchen manager to accomplish daily operations of the kitchen and retail store, maintaining maximum quality with products and customers.

Qualifications:

• Prior work experience preferred, not required
• Safety operations of kitchen and store
• English and Math skills required
• Excellent customer service skills

Core Functions:

• Help with the production of all farm products
• Assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner, whether in person or by phone
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and retail store
• Ability to work well with others as well as independently
• Must be physically able to lift 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand for most of the day
• Food safety a plus

Hours:

• Variable hours based on schedule, full and part time hours available
• Some weekend days and holidays required
