Tree Service Crew Leader We are seeking a reliable, experienced crew leader to oversee daily tree service operations and guide a field team. Duties include supervising tree removal and trimming, directing crew members, operating and overseeing equipment use, managing brush and debris cleanup, and maintaining a safe, efficient job site. Requirements: - Reliable transportation and good attendance IS A MUST - Experience in tree service or related outdoor work - Ability to lead and direct a crew - Comfortable working with chainsaws and heavy equipment - Strong focus on safety practices - Clear communication skills IS A MUST - Valid driver’s license required - Experience with skid steers, stump grinders, and trailers preferred Pay based on experience, leadership, and equipment skills.
