Overview
We are seeking a 21+, motivated, and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include handling transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a retail setting, we want to hear from you!

Experience is a bonus but not needed -- we train all staff!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to provide informed assistance.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a neat and inviting store layout.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Experience in retail sales or vape store environments is preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls or inquiries.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Familiarity with stock management practices to maintain inventory levels.
• Enthusiasm for conducting product demos to showcase merchandise effectively.
• Bonus points for industry experience
