URGENTLY HIRING Warehouse Associate
Job Description
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team! This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with materials, and taking initiative.
Every shift may bring a different list of priorities, so we need someone who can adapt, stay organized, and recognize what needs to be done without being micromanaged.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are also interested in individuals who are motivated to learn and grow.
WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and stock incoming materials in a neat and organized manner.
Pick and prepare materials for customer orders.
Organize warehouse shelves and bring down overstock when inventory runs low.
Check orders that have been pulled and verify they are accurate before delivery.
Complete paperwork and accurately log material for processing and billing.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Sweep, remove trash, empty trash cans, and maintain general warehouse cleanliness.
Monitor inventory and notify purchasing when products need to be reordered.
Assist counter staff with pulling orders and helping customers as product knowledge increases.
Help customers load their orders.
Load and unload trucks.
Assist with returns.
Operate a sit-down forklift.
Assist with deliveries and material pick-ups when needed.
Help with other warehouse duties and projects as assigned.
ADDITIONAL DRIVING RESPONSIBILITIES
This position may also assist with local deliveries and transportation of materials.
Responsibilities may include:
Load trucks safely and efficiently.
Unload materials at job sites or customer locations.
Assist with quality control and the snake-loading method.
Verify materials and orders.
Assist with loading and unloading as needed.
'05; REQUIREMENTS
Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Valid California Driver's License required IF operating company vehicles.
Reliable and punctual.
Able to safely lift, move, and organize materials.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and safety.
Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
Willing to learn new systems, paperwork, and procedures.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
