Automotive Salesperson

Mt. Kisco Honda is looking for motivated, customer-focused Salespeople to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and wants to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.

We’re looking for individuals who can provide a professional and positive customer experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery and beyond. Automotive sales experience is preferred, and qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Pay

• $70,000 to $150,000 annually
• Earning potential based on performance
• $500 signing bonus
• • $250 paid at hiring
  • $250 paid after 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle shopping process
• Learn customer needs and help match them with the right Honda vehicle
• Present vehicle features, options, and benefits in a clear and professional way
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and past customers
• Work with management and finance teams to help complete sales transactions
• Maintain strong product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Help keep the showroom and vehicle display areas professional and presentable

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant sales experience
• Automotive sales experience preferred
• Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required
