Position Overview: Paralegal will support our attorneys in various legal tasks, ensuring efficient case management and client service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with legal research and prepare case documents, briefs, and pleadings.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties to coordinate case activities.
• Review and summarize legal documents and contracts.
• Prepare for trials by organizing exhibits and evidence.
• Conduct factual investigations and gather relevant information.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a legal setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
