Sales and Marketing Manager

Truss Services LLC is seeking a driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead their sales and marketing team. Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, this role focuses on a combination of B2B and B2C sales and requires occasional travel for trade shows and other related sales events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales management strategies
• Create and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Strategize, create and implement systems to create a more efficient sales process
• Manage customer relations to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Generate new leads and convert old ones
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize sales and marketing efforts through ads, social media presence and trade shows

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and marketing strategy
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, social media management and marketing
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical thinking to drive informed decision-making
• Agricultural experience is preferred but not required
