Automated Health Systems is a premier healthcare focused customer service vendor expanding in the Northeast Region. Join at the front end for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced contact center environment. This position provides service for enrollment and start-up operations for MassHealth.


This is an onsite position in Marlborough, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
  • Providing accurate and consistent information.
  • Providing quality customer service and support.

Qualifications for the position include:

  • Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.
