Business Management Consultant

Location: Jersey(Preference), Tampa- hybrid

Contract Only for now- possibility of conversion into 2027 based on performance

2 rounds of interviews- zoom

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as the key contributor to the CCO/OCRM Book of Work, coordinating across ECO, Product Management, Risk, Operations, and Technology stakeholders.

• Deliver an end-to-end CCO Book of Work, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, tracking, and executive reporting.

• Drive CCO data governance forums with clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

• Maintain a single source of truth for initiatives and leadership reporting, supported by standard templates and artifacts.

• Identify and deliver continuous improvements to governance, oversight, and execution discipline.

• Identify risk mitigating and efficiency opportunities in day-to-day activity and ensure any solutions are implemented consistently across the team.

• Provide data insights/reporting and drive cross-functional coordination to support business decision making

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience

• Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to digest and synthesize large amounts of data and information into design and delivery of executive level reports, dynamic dashboards, workflows, and continuous improvement loops .

• Vision, creativity, presence, and credibility. A collaborative and flexible style, with a general service mentality.

• Accountability: demonstrates reliability by taking necessary actions to continuously meet required deadlines and goals.

• Proven experience in data governance, or portfolio/Book of Work delivery within a complex, regulated environment.

• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, decision-making forums, and execution discipline.

• Confident communicator with the ability to produce and challenge constructively.

• Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Product, Risk, Operations, and Technology.

• Familiarity with enterprise tooling and building (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, Microsoft 365 & Power Platform) preferred.
