Project Manager – Commercial Glazing & Storefront

Focus Area:

Commercial storefront systems, curtainwall, heavy glass, and commercial window projects.

Position Overview:

Seeking an organized and detail-oriented construction professional to support and manage multiple commercial glazing projects simultaneously.

Candidates with direct storefront or glazing industry experience are especially desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Coordinate material ordering and project logistics
• Take measurements and assist with project planning
• Manage schedules, documentation, and project organization
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently while maintaining deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with field teams, vendors, and clients throughout project execution

Ideal Background

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or related construction role
• Experience within storefront, curtainwall, glazing, or commercial window systems strongly preferred
• Comfortable utilizing construction technology and project management software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases simultaneously

Project Scope

• Typical workload consists of approximately 10–20 active projects at a time
• Average project load is around 15 concurrent projects
• Project sizes range from approximately $10K to $8M

Compensation:

• Project Manager: $85K–$100K
