Human Resource Assistant

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Human Resource Assistant paying up to $22 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Shift: Mon-Fri 6:30AM-3:15PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to the Human Resources department, including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and general HR coordination.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and new-hire paperwork.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements across appropriate recruitment platforms and channels.
• Assist with the interview process by coordinating interviews, preparing materials, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR compliance requirements, ensuring documentation is complete, organized, and up to date.

Qualification:

• Previous administrative or human resources experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and the ability to learn HR and applicant-tracking systems quickly.
