School Based Therapist (LCSW or LPC)

We’re hiring a School Based Therapist in Floyd, Virginia who wants predictable hours, meaningful community impact, and the support of an integrated care team.
You’ll step into an outpatient, school-based role focused on counseling students and supporting staff. You’ll provide primarily in-person therapy with occasional telehealth services while collaborating closely with medical and pharmacy teams.

Compensation & Benefits
• LCSW: $30.90–$42.23/hour
• LPC: $28.84–$40.17/hour
• Health insurance: $16.83/pay period
