We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our Orange County division.

Position Overview:
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate conference room bookings.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and faxes.
  • Office Management: Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Client Services: Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about the firm’s services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma required. Some college coursework or a degree is a huge plus.
  • Proximity: Must live within 20-30 minutes of the office. (Uptown Dallas)
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
