Production Manager - Residential Remodeling

This is an 'In-the-Field' Production Manager role to lead your project managers and logistics, owning schedules, budgets, and quality. You'll run regular site visits, resolve field issues fast, and keep projects on track with minimal owner involvement. You'll also handle client escalations and mentor the team with clear weekly check-ins. Success means on-time milestones, quick punch list closure, and strong client satisfaction. You will report directly to the owner.

Role summary:

Seeking a field-driven Production Manager to lead our project managers and logistics manager.

• Own day-to-day execution of multiple Remodeling projects
• Keep projects on schedule and on budget
• Ensure quality and reduce owner involvement

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor two project managers and a logistics manager
• Conduct regular site visits, identify and resolve field issues quickly
• Own schedules and budget adherence across projects
• Enforce quality standards and safety practices
• Handle client escalations with professionalism
• Provide weekly reporting and accountability

Metrics for success:

• On-time milestones
• Fewer owner escalations
• Quick punch list closure
• Steady client satisfaction

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Managing projects, Managing Project Managers or something similar
• Multi-project leadership and strong scheduling
• Highly Organized
• PM software skills. We use BuilderTrend, so experience in that system is a plus
• Excellent communication
• Great temperament for stressful situations
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred:

• College Degree
• Certifications in Project Management or other applicable certifications

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
