Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
• Fulfill orders promptly and accurately
• Plan and prioritize daily work against order deadlines, communicating progress and any delays proactively
• Handle shipping and receiving activities efficiently
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure product standards
• Package items securely for shipment
• Load and unload materials following safety protocols
• Adhere strictly to warehouse safety guidelines and compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to plan and organize daily tasks independently, with clear communication of status and roadblocks
• 3+ years’ experience in warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in inventory management and order fulfillment
• Experienced forklift operator with shipping and receiving knowledge
• Strong understanding of safety compliance standards
• Demonstrated teamwork, time management, and attention to detail skills
