Certified Apartment Staffing is looking for a reliable, experienced Porter to join an apartment community in Hendersonville, TN. We need someone who is dependable, hardworking, and ready to hit the ground running.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous apartment/multifamily experience preferred
• Experience as a Porter, Groundskeeper, Maintenance Helper, or similar property maintenance role
• Experience maintaining apartment grounds and common areas
• Comfortable with trash removal, cleaning, light maintenance, and property upkeep
• Basic maintenance knowledge is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping the property clean
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Able to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain clean and attractive property grounds and common areas
• Pick up trash and maintain dumpster areas
• Assist with landscaping and general grounds upkeep
• Clean breezeways, hallways, amenities, and other common areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light repairs and daily tasks
• Help maintain curb appeal and ensure the community stays clean and resident-ready
• Follow safety and property standards
