OilPaintings.com is looking for a dependable Production Associate to join our team. We specialize in hand painted oil paintings, and every piece must be carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before it reaches our customers.

This is a hands on position in a laid back, fully air conditioned working environment. No previous experience is required. Everything you need to know will be taught, so we are primarily looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare artwork for framing and shipment
• Stretch canvases and assist with framing
• Inspect paintings and frames for quality
• Carefully package completed orders
• Organize artwork, frames, and production materials
• Keep the production area clean and organized
• Work with the team to complete orders accurately and on time
• Follow order specifications and quality standards

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual
• Willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with your hands
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday
• Able to safely lift and move artwork, boxes, and materials
• Must have dependable personal transportation to and from work
• Must successfully complete a background check
