Job Responsibility
The basic function of our Lead Installation Technician is to properly install liquid, powder coating and sand blasting equipment, conveyor, robots, racking systems, dust collectors, etc. used in the industrial and automotive manufacturing facilities throughout the United States. Tasks include mechanical assembly, rigging, welding, equipment operating, layout, application equipment assembly, robot installation, conveyor installation, print reading, etc. while operating hand tools and industrial lifting/handling equipment. A LEAD TECH is responsible for the timely completion of each project, communication with the customer, and holding other team members to the Pinnacle standard. This is a leadership position that includes active participation in the installation process.

- Highly proficient mechanical abilities
- Strong Leadership Qualities
- Represent Pinnacle Installations in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff, and the general public
- Valid driver license
- Travel in the continental United States, up to 80%
