Lead AC installer

The Lead AC Installer plays a key role in overseeing and performing the installation of air conditioning systems across a variety of settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Reporting directly to the project manager, this position balances hands-on installation work with supervisory responsibilities and requires occasional travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Lead and coordinate installation teams on-site
• Ensure compliance with installation specifications and safety regulations
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings during installation
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly
• Maintain equipment and inventory for installations
• Travel occasionally to project locations as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead HVAC installation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and air conditioning installation
• Experience with electrical wiring related to HVAC
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills
