Certified Apartment Staffing is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Houston, TX. We are seeking a motivated professional who can provide excellent customer service and help drive occupancy.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous apartment/multifamily leasing experience REQUIRED
• Bilingual English/Spanish HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Experience with leasing, apartment tours, applications, and lease paperwork
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to follow up with prospects and close leases
• Experience with property management software preferred
• Professional communication and a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must be available to start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct property tours and showcase available apartment homes
• Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective residents
• Process applications and assist with lease paperwork
• Generate traffic and help meet occupancy goals
• Maintain strong relationships with residents and prospects
• Assist with daily leasing office operations
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process
