Machine Operator

1st and 2nd shifts

Job Summary:

We are looking for dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with machinery, and being part of a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up, adjust, and operate machines according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and make minor adjustments when needed.
• Complete production paperwork and documentation as required.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Work as part of a team to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred but not always required.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
