Production Workers

General Laborer

Location: Coppell, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday; overtime may be available

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in Coppell. This is a hands-on position supporting daily warehouse, production, material-handling, and general labor operations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, staging, and general warehouse activities.
• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as trained.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and operating instructions.
• Assist coworkers and supervisors with daily operational tasks.
• Perform repetitive physical work while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Complete assigned work efficiently and on schedule.
• Report damaged materials, safety concerns, or equipment issues to a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Basic communication skills.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, construction, shipping, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
