Blow Mold Operator I, II & III

Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Safely operate and monitor blow molding equipment, supporting continuous production while maintaining proper resin, regrind, colorant, labels, and other material supplies.
-Perform quality checks for bottle appearance, color, weight, sleeving, leaks, and other specifications; complete required QA documentation and report nonconforming product or production issues.
-Troubleshoot equipment, perform minor repairs and machine/process adjustments, and support preventive maintenance; advanced operators assist with larger repairs and equipment performance.
-Support shift operations by reviewing production requirements, identifying issues, assisting and training junior operators, and providing technical direction as experience increases.
Required Skills & Experience
-High school diploma or GED required; technical training or additional education is a plus.
-Operator I: 0-1 year; Operator II: 3-5 years; Operator III: 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, production, maintenance, quality, or a related environment.
-Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, schedules, labels, and technical documents.
-Reliable attendance and the ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed; must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, kneel, and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Skills & Experience
-Blow molding, plastics manufacturing, machine operation, or high-speed production experience.
-Experience with preventive maintenance, leak detection, quality inspections, machine adjustments, or providing guidance to less-experienced operators.
Schedule & Compensation
-1st Shift: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
-2nd Shift: 3:30 PM-12:00 AM
-3rd Shift: 11:30 PM-8:00 AM
-3 Openings Available
-Pay Range: To be determined based on Operator level. 21.00-28.00
-Benefits eligible the first of the month after 30 days of hire; 401(k) eligible after 90 days.
