Experienced Property Maintenance Technician
Monday–Friday | No On-Call | No Evenings | No Weekends | No Holidays

We are looking for an experienced, dependable Property Maintenance Technician to maintain our portfolio of approximately 52 single-family rental homes.
We manage SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES ONLY — NO APARTMENTS.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position, approximately 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. There are NO on-call responsibilities, evenings, weekends or holidays. When your workday is over, you're done.
You'll report to our location each morning, use a company vehicle during the workday, and independently complete scheduled repairs, maintenance and make-readies.
This is an autonomous position for an experienced technician who can troubleshoot problems, make good decisions and complete quality work without constant supervision.
What You'll Do
- General residential repairs and preventative maintenance
- Plumbing and minor electrical repairs
- HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Sheetrock, painting and carpentry
- Appliance repair
- Sewer/drain troubleshooting using plumbing snakes
- Tile and LVP installation/repair
- Minor roof repairs and inspections
- Move-out make-readies
- Minor tree work and miscellaneous handyman tasks
- Use ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
What We're Looking For
Applicants must have:
- Strong residential maintenance and mechanical knowledge
- Plumbing, carpentry, sheetrock and painting skills
- Minor electrical knowledge
- HVAC knowledge — certifications preferred
- Appliance repair experience
- Tile/LVP experience
- Minor roof repair knowledge
- Your own complete set of tools necessary to perform the work
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent job history
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Ability to climb onto and work on roofs
- Professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
