Has 5+ years of HVAC service experience and a proven track record
Is competent, confident, and highly skilled at diagnostics
Communicates exceptionally well with homeowners
Is consistent, disciplined, and takes accountability
Genuinely cares about people and takes pride in the customer experience
Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean record
