Fulfillment Representative

Job Description:

Scenery Bags upcycles materials from Broadway, National Tours, and Regional theatres into bags, jewelry and accessories. Our headquarters is located in The Woodlands, and manufacturing takes place in downtown Houston.

Scenery Bags is looking for a part-time associate in the north Houston area. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

1. Preparing all new and current inventory for product launches/shipment. This includes but is not limited to quality control, labeling, numbering, carding, packaging and stocking in the warehouse.
2. Accompany Scenery Team Member to storage to pull materials for manufacturers 1x month
3. Assist with inventory 1x month
4. Assist with putting together shipments for Museum of Broadway and selling partners.
5. Fulfilling orders using the Shopify system. Printing order forms, shipping labels, wrapping and packaging orders and dropping them off at USPS or UPS

The ideal candidate:

1. Able to stand for long periods of time when fulfilling orders
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Comfortable troubleshooting technology if necessary
4. Comfortable asking questions
5. Comfortable lifting 25+lbs (with assistance)
6. Has reliable transportation to and from the office located in the Woodlands.
7. Organized and detail oriented.
8. Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Theatre knowledge is not required.
