Repair Coordinator (Customer Service & Supply Chain Operations)
The Repair Coordinator supports Indra Air Traffic’s service operations, acting as the central point for coordinating equipment repairs, replacement parts, inventory movement, and related administrative processes. This role requires strong experience with ERP systems, inventory or supply chain coordination, and technical documentation. The Repair Coordinator ensures accurate tracking, documentation, and communication across customers and internal teams including Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

This position is ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience coordinating repairs, managing parts and materials, processing orders, and navigating technical product or manufacturing environments

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and track customer repair requests using ERP, CRM, or ticketing systems; escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Coordinate the full repair lifecycle, including receiving parts, logging equipment status, preparing shipments, and ensuring timely return to the customer.
• Maintain accurate repair and inventory records, service history, customer equipment information, and contract documentation.
• Prepare, issue, and track repair quotes, invoices, Statements of Work (SOWs), and service status reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure technical requirements are documented correctly and repairs meet specifications.
• Process Sales Orders, configuration details, and specifications to ensure internal teams have accurate, complete information.
• Physically handle parts and equipment when needed, including receiving, inspecting, packaging, and preparing shipments.
• Coordinate cross‑department activities to support timely repair execution and customer needs.

• Follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with service/repair records, work orders, and tracking systems.Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and general ERP/CRM navigation.
  • Core Skills: Strong technical customer service and written/verbal communication. High accuracy in data entry and documentation. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow established quality procedures.

Preferred:

  • Experience: 2+ years in repair coordination, inventory control, supply chain support, or technical customer service in a manufacturing, aerospace, or technical environment.
  • Systems: Hands-on experience with specific ERP, CRM, or ticketing service management platforms.
