Maintenance Technician
Do you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with your hands, and keeping equipment running at peak performance? We're looking for skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain, repair, and improve the equipment that powers our production facility.
Key Responsibilities
-Perform equipment and machinery part change-over for specific product components.
-Perform and document repairs.
-Perform and document preventative maintenance of equipment.
-Install and set up new equipment and machinery.
-Engineer and implement new production parts and systems.
-Understand and follow safety procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and production processes.
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Experience maintaining, repairing, or installing industrial or manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment documentation is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and engineering teams.
